Katrina and I signed the lease on our box on Friday, May 30. We spent the weekend moving in and got in our first WOD this morning: 5 ring pullups, 5 sumo deadlift high-pulls, and 5 wall balls as many rounds in 20 minutes as possible. 95# deads for me w/ 20# ball and 65# deads and 14# med ball for Katrina. I ended up getting 15 rounds and Katrina got 11. Fun, fun, fun. Can't wait to workout again.
