Run 400 meters
50 Squats

 Look familiar?  I thought this would be a good change up from a heavy day yesterday.  See y'all at the box.  We are going to use Manufacturer's Road in all likelihood.  We will meet at the box, warm up and get to it.  3...2...1... go!

Ran a 0.3 mile loop in front of my house instead of 400s, just because that is what i could map out with my car. Track was uphill for the first 1/2, downhill for the next 3/8, uphill for the last 1/8th.

Wow! Sprinting and squats, what a tough combo! My arse and quads feel pretty beat up. Did the same workout this morning at 6am in 9:59. Liz, I like cold beers.
