Mike, if i get there early, will i be able to pick up the girls by 530? Just trying to save some time, in order to take pain killers and go to bed. If not I will be there at 6.

As rx'd 155. 2 days later hamstrings and glutes are shall we say somewhat tender. I don't even believe 10 minutes is possible and I witnessed it. I think Daniel is some new species sent from the future or a cyborg. I don't know which. Either way phenomenal work.

No comments on Saturday's WOD? Was anyone there? I was not, but had visions of Billy Madison where he pegs the kid in the head with a ball from 3 feet away. Please tell me that happened .
