PEOPLE I NEED HELP!
I am a former member just getting back to this, love it and glad to be back. But golly bum, it's my 4th week back and I have yet to see David C. Yann workout! In his defense(w/ green tape on his shoulder) I have only participated in the afternoon WODS. Dear members in the earlier WODS, Does he workout? Please let me know because I am worried about him!
Last week I witnessed Yann Push Press his truck 5 times, do 2 Murphs, and 200 double unders with a rattlesnake and still be home in time to make spaghetti.

There are several reasons why DY doesn't have to workout. Here's just another example of why... A couple years ago we threw a birthday party for him. He was so excited, he ate the entire cake before we could tell him there was a stripper in it. At that moment I thought to myself, "Self, that dude's tough."
