Last wod of the year! Trainer's choice. Wods run until 1:00pm. Tesi then Andy at the helm. Have a safe and happy new year's!  Marc Mayes will be in the gym on the 1st for open gym from 12-1. Cheers!

Morning Crew did the following:

Buy In:
Row 500m, mobilize as needed.
Then 2 Rounds Tabata style: 20s T2B, 20s Sit-up to Push-Up, 20s Handstand hold, 20s Wall Balls

WOD:
AMRAP in 20:13 (I know right??! SO CLEVER.) of:
9 Power Cleans
6 Front Squats
3 Jerks

Use 70-75% of your c&j max for the wod.
If you don't know what that is at all, here are some suggestions:
Brand spankin new peeps: 53 for gals/ 95 for guys
Not as new: try 75/115 or 95/135
Crazies: 135/205
The Russes: 500.

Post rounds and weight.
