MEN 
21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
95-lb. thrusters
Burpees

WOMEN 
21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
65-lb. thrusters
Burpees

Friday June 26, 2015

Back Squat. 3 Reps every 3 minutes. 7 rounds (21 minutes) 

Thursday 6.25.15

In 15 minutes complete as many rounds as possible of: 

10 reps Push Press (75/115)

50 Double Unders

Wednesday 6.24.15

Deadlift: 10 heavy singles.  

 

Tuesday 6.23.15

Run Southern Star loop.

In teams of up to three, complete 2 rounds for time of:

Row 500 meters/Run 800 meters/50 Burpees  (if you have to have a sub for running, complete 50 sumo deadlift high pulls with 53#)

Each athlete will start at one of the three stations.  If athlete a finishes rowing and and athlete b is still out running, it is fine for athlete a to begin running. Theoretically it is possible that all three teammates could be doing burpees.  However, leapfrogging is no.  In all likelihood the rower will be the bottleneck. That's fine. Rest while encouraging your teammate to keep on keeping on. When all athletes have completed all the assigned workload, you'll record your time.
