Run 400 m backwards.

If you did this WOD yesterday, let us know what you thought.  We hated/loved it.  The track we ran on had a very distinct, uh, odor to it, making the workout that much more interesting.

Ran as laps around Hamilton Y (about 1/3 mile)- slightly longer than Rx'd.
No breaks - total 10 laps (2/1/2/1+4 forward)
Surprised at the effect on quads immediately at turnaround.
Tougher "running" backwards than I would have thought
