Tonight I told my wife "Honey, whenever I say I'll be home early, just start laughing" 115 lb Clean & Jerk is a lot heavier than it reads online. Capped at 20 minutes. Me and the other Davida's...guys we have got to do better!
On the plus side, this should make a 95 lb thruster seem easier (I think I can hear my wife laughing out loud right now...)
my wife is catching on to that too. i tell her the workout will be short. after all, it's something like "as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes" or whatever. i actually started crossfitting because it was short and intense and i didn't have to spend and hour and a half in a gym. now what am i doing? spending two hours in a gym! oh well...
12:52. Ouch. Oxygen deprivation hurts. Sub 10 on this WOD would be beastly. I'm shooting for sub 11 next time. I will do this in less than 10... someday.

19 something. I thought to myself earlier today "this can't be that bad, it's only 5 reps." Jan is a spiteful bitch.
This one was a TOUGH! 12:05 (I think).
