woot woot! Get Built is hosting Fight Gone Bad at the Southside 24-hour extravaganza! details to follow when the mainx24 site gets up, but we will be WOD-ing at 10:00 am (right after the pancake breakfast!). we will be in the parking lot across from the fire hall; registration is necessary; space is limited; everyone is welcome.

10:35, but pulled my britches up and did the big boy weight (75 lbs) on the lunges. Still need to learn how to kip and sac up on the pull-ups. 50 of those biotches is way above my pay scale right now.

Started at 65 pounds and had to scale to 45 pounds for sets 3-5. That WOD beat the S--- out of me! Obviously, could use more training in the overhead squat/lunge category! Quickly learned that one leg is much more dominant over the other as i needed to scale mainly due to one side. Congrats to all and expecially Brad and Lee for great times with heavy weight!

9:20, and I second Katrina's comment about weight and pullups (even with the band). I stuck with the blue band for all 50 pullups for the 1st time though.
