Felt like I was running from an Immigration Officer the first 800 and dropped a 3:20.07
Second 800 was a breeze, a strong breeze in my face the entire lap and I kicked home for a 3:50.65
Took a good hard look at my self and decided to obliterate my previous time for the 3rd 800... 3:48.33
Last 800 was a group one and I always feel I do my best work in a group setting 3:36.69
Not to sure if there is such a thing but it was good running weather out there today. We have some fast runners in our GBCCF community. I am not one however.
Poole & Travis - Thanks for ya'lls continued Humor on the Get Built Web-Site! You keep me from having to do sit-ups and crunches as the laughter is working on core stomach muscles without much effort!
And Travis - I figured out how to scale today's WOD! - I just did not do it!
