I will be rowing in the "Heart Healthy Zone" today. You can stick your "Push Ups" and I am going to hit the bench. I thought we were working our way up to 100 and now you drop this on us. Very disappointing!
Also, was talking with Robby and he was wondering if there is any way to scale 1000m on the rower? I said I wasn't sure but if there is a way I know he will find it. Lunch it is.

Brenda, Tann, Travis and anybody else. The WOD today is Row 1000 Meters and 100 Push Ups. The kitchen at GetBuilt offers a fixed menu. This makes the cooking a lot easier. Thanks for enjoying the meal on the menu.

Wormser needs to hook me up with something for those pull-ups. If I can do 50 of those puppies (although 20 of them were more jump-ups than pull-ups) then y'all can suck it up on the rowing machine. BEWARE OF EL CHIHUAHUA!!! Wear your ankle guards at lunch :)

Out for today, keeping the streets safe for the people of Van Burean County. I'll hit the push/press ups tonight. There will be no rowing unless my car ride goes extremely badly.

4:09 on the rower and 5:54 on push-ups
10:05 on the WOD with about 5 minutes of rest between.

3:25 on the row. near infinity on the press ups (10:24). however, if i subtract the amount of time it takes for me to travel from, say, 90 degrees at the elbows to the chest-to-deck position, i was surely sub 5:00.

so, 4:59* on the press ups.

3:20:300 or 3:20:003 on the row... I can't remember... paced myself as to save some juice for the pushups... 10:30:84 (that's including a 5 minute halftime where orange wedges and HI-C were enjoyed before returning to action).

The 1000 meter row hurt me bad... really shook my confidence moving into the press ups... lost a lot of steam after the 2nd or 3rd rep... came back strong after halftime though.

I signed up, although I can't play in the first game, but I will be there with a really sweet camp rocking chair.

3:18 on rower (ego inflated)
6:30 with terrible form i'm sure on push-ups doing sets of 1 for the last good bit. Is it still a set when only 1? (ego deflated)
