This is a hero WOD, which take their names from service personnel killed while performing their jobs. Honor the fallen by bringing your "can-do" spirit and refraining from complaint. Scale as needed.
In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and one-year old son T.J.

Now, I don't want to seem rude but how does one get a HERO WOD named after them? Obviously they pass away while on the job but do they pick what WOD they want named after them if they die or does someone make one up for them? Are they avid CF'ers before their death? Who selects who is "worthy" of a HERO wod?
