Clean me up. Was just thinking after today I needed more clean practice, just thought it would not be this soon. Andy, I will bring my climbing tape in from the car tomorrow for sure.

This week is (among other things) Bring A Roll Of Tape To The Gym Week (BAROTTTGW). Drop your roll off with a trainer and we will see to it that the drawer is stocked. Richard, you catch on fast ;)

My fault Mike. I must have used a lot of that tape up.

James its all good. Everybody wants tape. If not everybody, most people. Let's build up a stockpile together.

I couldn't listen to these videos at work, but I watched them and they seemed helpful.

29:16 with a two minute "pit-stop" at minute 17. Sub-30 was the goal. Mission Accomplished. Gutsy lunchtime performances by all. Way to go!

53:something. 20x squat cleans 3rd round.

Sorry to those around me for all 'at belly-aching. I read the blog after wodding not before, otherwise, I woulda had a more military can-do spirit. 'll change that attitude for tomorrow. And thanks to mike for running me to the finish. You're my hero.

In the words of Stephen A: "DNFF"

Screwed up my back yesterday, went for a run instead. Going to see Christian ASAP. Hasta mañana, amigos!

Btw- thanks again, Mike! Be on the lookout for chocolate chip cookies sometime this week..

Yesterday was too easy at 63#, so I did today's at 65. That was more like it! I never thought I would catch myself grunting to get the weight up. 30 reps and all, but I walked about a third of each 800m round. My lungs are burning, but my spirit is high!
