I was listening to Reconstruction 06-22-1979 the other day and was just blown away. I didn't know that Betty worked a few of those shows, but it was pretty obvious within about 30 seconds. I lost a night's sleep just listing to Reconstruction shows. Now you've made me dig into 1973-4 Garcia & Saunders / Legion of Mary. Bench pressing without sleep is gonna be fun! I am burning 3-9-74 to send to a friend of mine who sings "My Funny Valentine" these days. I think she'll get more from that 25 minute instrumental than from Judy Collins' version from Tuesday night in the UK, which was already going out in tomorrow's mail.
DAMMIT, I wasn't gonna post anything else to this site. I'm becoming too cyber-locatable.

I was pondering this question last night while drinking a Manhattan. There are not too many extra Carbs for mixers if you don't count the maraschino cherries, but bourbon is made with corn. However, Mark Sisson refers to it as a respectable choice for an occasional indulgance.
