I just want y'all to know that I love the programming thus far this week and have been sick, hence my absence, but I am hopeful all will be right with the world by tomorrow afternoon and I'll see you then. Don't worry I won't come and make anyone sick. Just wanted you to know I noticed your squat day... And I liked it.

I'm in LA enjoying the sunshine and warm temps. Is that pertinent?

So I'm going to play Frank for a minute... I don't get it...

3 hang cleans, 2 front squats, 1 jerk?

And can we just do full hang cleans and jerks?

Its a complex meaning no putting the bar down.

1. 3 Hang Cleans
2. 2 Front Squats( at the top of last hang clean)
3. 1 Jerk ( after 2nd front squat)

I've got to hand it to you- you guys are good... at making me want to slap myself in the face.

Step 1: Approach the bar (with an immaculate setup of course).
Step 2: Deadlift the weight and stop all momentum at the hang position.
Step 3: Execute a (ONE) hang clean
Step 4: Execute 2 (TWO) front squats
Step 5: From the high rack position execute a (ONE) jerk
Step 6: Return the barbell to the floor.
Step 7: Rest and consider your next lift
Step 8: Repeat until you have accumulated 5 (FIVE) heavy sets.

Once again we see a flagrant overreach of BIG GOVERNMENT with oppressive taxation of legitimate artistic endeavors- UNBELIEVABLE!:

Just because technical details are my life... clarification is key!

hang clean> 2 front squats> 1 jerk

Since there is no number preceding hang cleans did he mean 3 hang cleans; must have been a "cut paste makes waste" issue. If he wanted to do only 1 hang clean he would've used the number 1 like he did for the jerk... He must have meant 3 hang cleans, but where did the s go?

must... ask... question...

Haha, I think if you take franks brothers post, mikes post, mikes +5 to franks brother, and the original WOD, one can finally figure it out. +5 to programming clarity and small whiteboard handwriting.

Today's WOD: "Pax"

75 snowball throws
50 toddler sled pulls (x2 which = 30lbs + 45 lbs so 75 lbs total)
25 snow angels

"Pax" was a damned fine work-out :)
