Poole, I think that a true Linda involves squat cleans. However, as I've been unable to complete Linda using power, squat or any other kind of clean, I'd say to go for it.

RX algebra is fun. lol For the women who don't want to pull out their old college TI-86 calculators to figure out the women's RX, here is a cheat sheet:

Deadlifts= (Body Weight x 1.5) x .67= Body Weight
Bench= 50% of BW
Cleans= (BW x .75) x .67= 50% of Body Weight
