Snatch Ball

For time:

100 hang power snatches (95#/45#)

100 Wall balls (20#/10#)

Divide reps up as needed.

I found a variation of this workout on the CrossFit L.A. website:

5 rounds
Shoulder Press - max reps w/ 50% of bodyweight
Ring Rows- max reps
Score is your total number of reps.

Give yourself 2 1/2 minutes to complete your first set plus whatever rest you need. At the 2 1/2 minute point, start the next movement max reps set. Continue this way, starting a set every 2 1/2 minutes until you have completed 5 rounds.

This workout is being conducted in conjunction with CrossFit Athens (GA) as part of TN vs GA week.  We are posting our Top 3 Times to see which state gets to claim bragging rights.  I don't think the football game is going to be close, so this may be our only chance to reign supreme.  Go get 'em!
