Friday, July 4, 2008 at 09:26AM Today is a Get Built rest day. Happy 4th of July! Give thanks to those who have served in our military and worked to help keep us free. I personally want to thank my dad and Get Built Crossfitter Perry Howard for their service. See everybody Monday July 7th.
