We're back! Hope everyone had a great 4th weekend. We had fun in the sun and are ready to get back to it.

Today's WOD:

3 sets of 15, Overhead Squat with PVC pipe

3 sets of 10, Hang Power Snatch with Bar

3 sets of 5, Snatch

Today is a Get Built rest day.  Happy 4th of July!  Give thanks to those who have served in our military and worked to help keep us free.  I personally want to thank my dad and Get Built Crossfitter Perry Howard for their service. See everybody Monday July 7th.

 

Everyone please remember:  Tomorrow, July 5th there is NO free Saturday workout.  Everyone enjoy the time off, and let's get back to it Monday!
