Tabata These

Tabata protocol- 4minutes of 20 seconds on 10 seconds off of the following movements:

Concept 2 Rowing Ergometer

High Pulls from the Hang Position 75# men 45# women

Knees to Elbows

Push ups

Side lying bridges

Tuesday 7.1.08

Run 400 meters 50 "box"jumps (concrete terrace steps),40 squats, 30 KB swings, 20 burpees 3 Rounds For Time

 

Meet at the box as close to 5 as possible.  Leave the box close to 5:15 to go to the park next door.

Team Challenge WOD!

This WOD featured 4 team challenge events:  200 yd tire flip for time, wheelbarrow relay for time, truck push for time, and 150 pull-ups for time.   Congrats to Team Scissors for taking 3 out of 4 events!
