Friday 4.01.11

Buy In:  High Five every person in the building.  Remove your sleeves. Prepare to dominate the bench: Rotator Cuff dumbbell exercise x12, Band Freestyle on your shoulder, Lacrosse Ball, PVC to the muscles of the upper torso.

Bench Press 1x5@65%.1x3@75%,1xMaxReps@85%

then:

Perform Chest to Bar Pullups and Thrusters in ladder fashion from 1-10. Pullups and Thrusters must be unbroken.  The workout ends if you cannot complete the set. Post time,load,reps, questions to comments.

1 Chest to Bar Pullup, 1 Thruster

2 Chest to Bar Pullups, 2 Thrusters

3 Chest to Bar Pullups, 3 Thrusters etc...

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (155lbs / 70kg)
12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps (24"/20")

Tuesday 3.29.11

Buy In: Row 500 Meters at 2k Pace.  Shoulder Mobility with Band (#205) x 12 Reps.  PVC Shoulder Dislocationsx12.  Take care of any achy shoulder/elbow bits you may have.  Ask a trainer for help.

Push Press 1x5@65%,1X3@75%,1xMaxReps@85%

then:

At the top of each minute complete 5 burpees. Spend the remainder of the minute doing Power Cleans (85/135).  Complete 50 Power Cleans total.  15 Minute Mercy Rule applies.

Buy In: Terminal Loop, 12 Reps Cat/Camel, Bridges, Back Extensions.  Kipping Workshop.

Back Squat 1x5@65%, 1x3@75%, 1xMaxReps@85%

then:

AMRAP 12 minutes:

5 Goblet Squats

5 Kettle Bell Swings

5 Pullups
