Monday 2.25.13

Buy In: 8 reps per side:  Single-leg RDL, single leg bridges.  12 reps: glute ham situps, back extensions, side-lying bridges, pvc good mornings. 

In 10 minutes: Find your 1 rep max on the power clean. Warm up reps will be included in the 10 minute allotment.

In 15 minutes complete as many rounds as possible of:

4 power cleans (103/165)

8 toes to bar

12 wall balls

I am in Birmingham for the week and am tweaking for some x fit, is there anyway I can stroll up to a fellow x fit gym and get my x fit on?

Stephen, it is up to each affiliate owner to determine their own drop-in policies. look at their websites first to see if they allow drop ins (it will usually say yes or no, and what the policy is). Please be respectful of their class formats, coaches, and policies, and represent chattanooga well! good luck, and have fun!

I got 4 rds. I think Wang got 9 +22 ? Carrish got 8? I didn't look at the board, I was just eavesdropping. So the scores aren't official - except for my 4.
