Saturday – I just go in and loosen up and do a little cardio.
What do you think "a little cardio" includes for a man that squats 900 lbs and benches for reps 450 lbs?

MikeD, don't feel bad. My best shoulder press today was 105#, the same # I recorded in 2011 according to my log.
I got 295# on the deadlift. Then I tried 300. I couldn't even get it off the ground. How is that possible?
Then went on to not get past 135 today on Should Press.
