A: a broken treadmill.

MikeD, don't feel bad. My best shoulder press today was 105#, the same # I recorded in 2011 according to my log.
I got 295# on the deadlift. Then I tried 300. I couldn't even get it off the ground. How is that possible?

Second day in a row to have a PR!! It was on Deadlift at 295, I think I might've even been giddy afterwards :D However, SP was bad. The kind of bad that makes you say, "Damn boy, they can even lift more than that in Canada."

How Rasheed didn't become the best player in history baffles me. Nearly 7 feet tall, he could shoot from anywhere on the floor, could post up, rebound, pass and defend like crazy. He also fouled better than any body in history.

My favorite season, 2000-2001, 41 techs and 7 ejections. Awesome. I miss 'Sheed.
