Buy In: Run 800 meters. Band freestyle/shoulder mobility. 25 reps: Ring dips, glute-ham sit-ups (partition as needed).
In less than 30 minutes (yes it is capped at 30 minutes)
Complete 3 rounds for time of:
30 bar-facing burpees, 15 overhead squats (75/115), 10 chest to bar pullups.

I finished 27:15 rx at the 6:15 class.
That kid gave an idea, although it hit me too late. I could have saved a bunch of OHS by just going straight into the hole off the snatch. oh well. I'll bring my straps and booming voice to the next class and freestyle.
